In the world of the internet of things. Things are not turning off. That is many new devices are not capable of turning off the transmitter that radiates the microwave signal that makes people sick.
There are already devices that do not turn off such as some watches, fit bits, air pods. If you are electrically sensitive you should not buy them, or if you do own them, you should throw them out. And while some devices do not turn off, still others are difficult to turn off the transmitters such as routers and wireless speakers.
Increasingly, internet service providers are not allowing anyone to use their own etherneted modems. That was my experience with ATT's Uverse. They control the transmitter, even though they will tell you, you can do so in the Gateway interface. However, that is a lie.
And more and more service providers are disallowing any option other than wifi in their routers which is why it is even more important than ever to own and use your own modem hardwired to with an ethernet cable.
I found out the hard way with ATT. I found out with my meter the day I fell down dizzy and vomiting. The day they turned it back on with a power times 10 greater than before. When I called, they told me the transmitter was off. They possibly believed it. But my meter doesn't lie at 166,000 microwatts per meter squared.
I recently found out about the new Mac Mini. The transmitter does not turn off. It sends out a very strong signal. How strong? Well, the average router sends out a signal of about 20,000 micro watts per meter squared. This new computer is sending out about the same amount of power density as a router. To put that into perspective, a home router sends out the same power as you would receive standing next to a cell phone tower.
The procedure for turning off microwave transmitters in cell phones is to go into settings and put it on airplane mode. Many devices will still allow that option. What makes the new Mac Mini different is that there is no airplane mode setting.
For me this device is not an option. I am electrically sensitive and would be put into massive heart arrhythmia if I used it all day. Even if you are not electrically sensitive, these new devices that emit high power densities and do not allow the user to turn off the transmitter are not healthy to have around your body or a loved ones body. The biological cost is too high.
