The title is a bit misleading, but I need to get everyone's attention on this. 5g always gets everyone's attention but court case is not that interesting. Believe me, court cases can be very tedious and boring. However, we are now going beyond 5g into 6g. It is never going to stop folks until we make it stop.
There is a Supreme Court case that will be heard on October 25th that will ask the Supreme Court to rule against the Telecommunications Act of 1996 as unconstitutional. Why is it unconstitutional? Well, that act gave total immunity to all cell carriers, dealers of wifi and other producers of hazardous radiation products from liability for health effects. That means they can put a cell tower next to your house, and when you try to sue them, you cannot under the 1996 Telecommunications Act. They will win because it's "the law."
Santa Fe Alliance for Health and Safety, supported by The Cell Phone Task Force headed by Arthur Firstenberg is taking this up before the Supreme Court. The paperwork and lawyer fees are not cheap. The organization is asking for support during this case. They have delegated fundraising to South Carolina Coalition for Wireless Safety Standards. Contact info is below.
